General Terms and Conditions
§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries – both physical goods and digital content (e.g. PDF downloads) – between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop http://www.ai-coinnovation.de.
(2) In the event of the conclusion of a contract, the contract is concluded with

(3) The presentation of goods and digital content in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods or content. By placing an order, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The offer is accepted in writing, in text form or by sending the ordered goods or by providing the digital content (e.g. by email or download link) within one week. After fruitless expiry of the deadline, the offer is deemed rejected.
(4) The ordering process comprises the following steps:
1. Selection of the desired goods or digital product
2. Confirm by clicking on the "Order now" button
3. Check the details in your shopping basket
4. Enter your billing and, if applicable, shipping address and payment method.
5. Check and correct the information you have entered
6. Binding submission of the order by clicking on the "Pay" button
The consumer can correct their details or cancel the process before submitting the order. We will confirm receipt of the order by email. This does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance takes place as described in (3).
(5) Storage of the contract text: We will send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. The terms and conditions can be viewed at any time at https://www.ai-coinnovation.de/allgemeine-geschaeftsbedingungen. For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible online.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices quoted include statutory value added tax and other price components. Shipping costs may be added for physical products.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying by direct debit, PayPal, Klarna, AmazonPay and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
(3) If the consumer chooses to pay in advance, they undertake to pay the purchase price immediately.
§4 Delivery and provision
(1) Unless otherwise stated, all physical products are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will be made within 7 working days. In the case of prepayment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is placed; for other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and deterioration shall pass to the buyer upon delivery in the case of goods sold by delivery.
(3) Digital content (e.g. PDF files) will be made available to the consumer after successful payment by email or via a download link. In this case, there will be no physical delivery.
§5 Retention of title and rights of use
(1) We retain title to the physical goods until full payment has been made.
(2) When purchasing digital content, the consumer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal use. Any transfer, reproduction or making available to the public is prohibited unless we have given our express consent.

§6 Right of withdrawal for consumers:
Cancellation policy for physical products
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party named by the consumer takes possession of the goods.

Cancellation Right
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
Widerrufsfolgen
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content (e.g. PDF files) if the execution of the contract (download or email dispatch) has begun after the consumer:
1. has expressly agreed that the performance of the contract will begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
2. has confirmed their knowledge that they will lose their right of withdrawal by giving this consent.

§8 Warranty

§9 Contract language
The contract language is exclusively German.
§10 Use of digital content
(1) Upon purchasing digital content, the buyer acquires a simple right of use for private use.
(2) It is not permitted to pass on the digital content to third parties, make it publicly available or use it commercially.
§11 Use of content / licence conditions
Upon purchasing the products (e.g. PDF version of the AI Co-Innovation Card Deck), the buyer acquires a simple, non-transferable right of use within the scope of the licence conditions applicable at the time of purchase.
The specific licence terms are available at www.ai-coinnovation.de/lizenzkonzept and form an integral part of the contract.
Any use beyond this, in particular reproduction, distribution or making available to the public, is prohibited without express written consent and may be prosecuted.
